work that allows us to use all 5 senses.
We also work with the 4 elements of nature.
We are a direct link
between farmer and customer,
we tell the story of the product through aromas and flavors.
We can also change small habits by sending strong signals.
As a chef I have always liked romantic stories, stories of places experienced where I can relive emotions and memories.
I love and share the thought of a produce grown and harvested with love
and cooked with my hands.

THE CELLAR
To complete the circle of your experience we have created a wine list made up of small producers from Switzerland and beyond.
We believe in a wine that is the fruit of the work of
a community of people,
who work together in the manner
as natural as possible, from the vineyard to the glass.
We have chosen artisan wines,
that express the territory where they come from.

uncompromising, gastronomic.

Here you can give a voucher as a gift which you can collect directly in the Osteria or receive by post to your home.
Vouchers ordered by Sunday, December 21st will be shipped via Post A, to ensure delivery by Christmas.
Last orders will be available for pickup at the Osteria on Tuesday, December 23, from 2:30 PM to 7:00 PM.
Vouchers purchased between December 24th and January 12th will be sent on Tuesday, January 13th, upon our return from vacation.
