between farmer and customer,
we tell the story of the product through aromas and flavors.
We can also change small habits by sending strong signals.
As a chef I have always liked romantic stories, stories of places experienced where I can relive emotions and memories.
I love and share the thought of a produce grown and harvested with love
and cooked with my hands.
